Dear Bird-Loving Students,
Join our workshop and get acquainted with the ecology, behavior, lifestyle features, and conservation requirements of the birds of Armenia.
One of the ways to know one's own country is to discover its nature, flora, and fauna. If you love animals—especially birds—and are interested in environmental protection and ecological topics, then don't miss this opportunity to discover Armenia from the point of view of birds.
FPWC invites all young people to participate in an interactive eco-course about the birds living in Armenia.
Through this course, consisting of 10 lessons and 2 trips, you will get to know the ecology, behavior, lifestyle features, and conservation requirements of birds found in the Republic of Armenia and the region.
Fill out the application by December 5.
When and where will the workshop take place?
The first session will be on December 9 at 13:00.
We will provide more details about the location.
Who can participate?
Any young person 15 years of age or older.
What trips are coming up?
Walking tours of medium difficulty accompanied by bird watching. The purpose of the trips is to see the birds in their natural environment and learn about their behavior. We will visit the Caucasian Biodiversity Shelter (CWR), Armash, and Sevan.
The course is free.
A certificate will be issued at the end of the course (if you attend all the lessons).
