7th Pan-Armenian Painting Contest Deadline Extended for Diaspora

The deadline for the7th Pan-Armenian Painting Contest has been extended to December 15 for children and youth living outside of Armenia. The aim of the initiative is to encourage children to understand Armenia’s environmental issues and to engage them in the preservation of the country’s unique nature and wildlife.

Organized by the Foundation for the Preservation of Wildlife and Cultural Assets (FPWC), in cooperation with its General Partner VivaCell-MTS, the annual paining contest gives an opportunity to Armenian children of 5-16 years old to present their paintings for various prizes. The results of the contest will be presented at FPWC’s Annual Celebration on February 27. The best paintings will also be chosen for exhibitions at various locations around Yerevan.

The themes for the 7th Pan-Armenian Paining Contest are the following:

1. A Story of a Bear (comics)
2. Birds of Armenia: If I had wings
3. Yerevan Zoo 2025
4. Protect the ozone layer because it protects you
