FPWC has launched a new project entitled Women for Nature in Urtsadzor, Shaghap and Lanjanist communities of Ararat region. The project is funded by the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE).
The project beneficiaries will take training courses in Eco-tourism, Marketing of homemade products and Sustainable management of small business. The curricula have been elaborated by the FPWC and Green Lane NGO experts.
As a practical part of the capacity building program, the women will visit the Caucasus Wildlife Refuge at a later stage. Certificates will be awarded to all the participants at the project completion.
Women for Nature is yet another brick in the community building extensive efforts FPWC has been engaged in since 2006.
