Included: your 1.5-hour slot in FPWC’s Blue Zone pavilion, standard AV (digital LED screen, microphones, sound), on-site technical support, and FPWC coordination staff.
Optional: catering — tick the box in the form and we’ll follow up with options and a quote.
Not included: Blue Zone accreditation and badges. Each organisation arranges its own COP17 accreditation through the CBD Secretariat; the pavilion fee does not grant venue access.
Supported sessions: the pavilion is a platform, not a revenue stream. FPWC keeps part of the programme open for voices that belong at COP17 but whose budgets rarely stretch to a pavilion slot — Indigenous peoples and local communities, youth- and community-led groups, and small conservation organisations from the Caucasus and other under-represented regions. For these, and for sessions of exceptional public value, FPWC may reduce the fee or waive it in full as its own contribution to the session. If this describes your work, tell us in your proposal; each request is weighed on the substance of the session, not on ability to pay.
Applications close 10 September 2026
Thank you. A confirmation is on its way to your email. FPWC will review your proposal and be in touch about your slot; if it’s confirmed, we’ll follow with an invoice. Questions? info@fpwc.org
